1. Training & Accreditation: Enroll in our thirty-module Certificate of Environmental Management Program, which covers Ontario's engineering laws, regulations, and business practices. This program includes online training modules and workshops specifically designed for new engineers entering Ontario's engineering sector. The cost is $300.00 per module.
2. Mentorship Program: We pair new engineers with an Ontario Licensed Professional Engineer as a mentor, offering practical project experience and guidance on navigating the regulatory landscape, interpreting standards, and understanding local industry practices. The cost is $300.00 per month.
3. On-the-Job Training: Gain practical experience in Ontario-based engineering projects by working under the supervision of experienced engineers. This helps new engineers become familiar with local practices and regulations. The cost is $500.00 per month.
4. Networking Opportunities: Participate in regularly scheduled networking events with Professional Engineers Ontario Chapters and the Project Management Institute to connect with other professionals in Ontario. This includes attending industry events, joining professional associations, and participating in workshops.
5. Assistance in Obtaining Real Engineering Work: Our program helps you acquire knowledge and education, gain practical experience through internships, and network actively with industry professionals to showcase your skills effectively. You'll learn how to apply for positions suited to your expertise and stay adaptable to evolving engineering demands. We provide comprehensive data and online resources detailing Ontario's engineering rules and regulations, supporting your journey to securing engineering work.
