The pre/post-construction inspection provides a comprehensive photographic and visual documentation of each property's condition, highlighting any cosmetic and structural defects. It includes observations of driveways, walkways, foundation walls, windows, roofs, and other structural elements.

We conduct remote vibration monitoring and reporting to assess the impact of construction activities on nearby structures. Our reports include the methodology, monitoring sites, measurement data, analysis of findings, and instances where vibration levels exceed predefined criteria.

We evaluate the noise emissions from operations to ensure regulatory compliance. Our Acoustical Assessment Reports offer a comprehensive overview of a facility's impact on the surrounding environment. These reports are mandatory for all facilities as part of Ontario's Environmental Approval process.

In the Environmental Approvals process, a facility's noise emissions are assessed. If it meets certain criteria, it may be excluded. Otherwise, an Acoustic Assessment Report (AAR) is required to compare noise levels with Environmental Noise Guidelines and predict levels at the nearest residential area. To obtain an ECA, noise levels must comply with the Guidelines. If exceeded, we recommend measures like noise barriers, adjusting equipment, or other noise control methods.

The Environmental Activity and Sector Registry (EASR) in Ontario facilitates easy registration for specific operations with the Ontario Ministry of the Environment. These operations include paint spray booths, printing shops, non-hazardous waste transportation, small ground-mounted solar facilities, and end-of-life vehicle processing facilities.

For more complex or specialized operations, Environmental Compliance Approvals (ECA) are required. The ECA application process includes several components, such as an application form, facility details, an Emission Summary and Dispersion Modelling Report (ESDM), and noise assessments.
